
Indoor Cycling Classes
Stay in shape this fall and winter with Indoor Cycling Classes at Landry's stores in Boston or Natick, and get ready for next year's cycling season.
LANDRY'S / BOSTON
Indoor cycling classes by Boston Performance Coaching will be held at Landry's Boston store on Tuesday nights and Wednesday mornings (and also on Thursday nights in winter). This program provides the athlete with structured workouts that are interesting and fun! Each class has a focus: power, heart rate, cadence, strength, speed, balance, control, and technique. Riders will learn proper positioning and technique, how to ride more efficiently, and have fun with other cyclists in class.
Pre-registration is required. For registration details, see Boston Performance Coaching website. Participants must bring their own bike, trainer, and mat to class.
LANDRY'S / NATICK
Indoor cycling classes by Pedal Power Training Solutions will be held at Landry's Natick store on Tuesday nights, 6:30–8:00pm. This program is designed to build a strong foundation for the upcoming cycling season. Each 90-minute workout will focus on developing the aerobic system while incorporating drills to develop muscular strength and pedaling efficiency. This class will benefit cyclists of all disciplines including road, triathlete, cyclocross, and mountain bikers; novice to elite levels.
Pre-registration is required. Contact Landry's/Natick store to register or e-mail Sara Bresnick-Zocchi. Participants must bring their own bike, trainer, and mat to class.
